We've used them for regular maintenance but what really pushed this review was their help this past week as we hit brutally low temperatures and my 4yo furnace wouldn't work. Thanks to the dedication of everyone in helping us out they not only diagnosed the problem with the furnace, but they also helped discover while a young furnace died. They identified an intermittent power surge that was then identified as a bad neutral line to the house.
